From RFQ to Bulk Production

Dongguan Caisi Industrial Co., Ltd. handles Fojve Billiard wholesale and OEM projects through written quotation, sample approval and production confirmation.

1. Send Your Requirements

Share the product category, estimated quantity, destination country, target use, reference images, logo files, preferred colors and packaging requirements.

2. Confirm Product, MOQ and Quotation

The standard customized MOQ is 500 pcs for billiard gloves, chalk, cue cases, cue tips and cue extensions. The quotation confirms the product scope, customization requirements, payment method, trade term and estimated timing.

3. Sample Production

Standard sample production requires approximately 7-15 days. A sample fee may apply. If bulk production is confirmed, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment.

4. Approve the Production Reference

The buyer confirms the product specification, logo artwork, colors, packaging and approved sample or written production reference before bulk production.

5. Deposit and Bulk Production

A 50% deposit of the total order value is required. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer and T/T. Standard bulk production requires approximately 30-35 days after the order and production details are confirmed.

6. Shipment

DAP is the standard trade term. Alternative trade terms can be discussed according to the project. FedEx air shipping or the buyer's appointed freight forwarder can also be discussed during quotation.
