Quote-Only Business Model

Fojve Billiard does not process direct online checkout or display final retail pricing. Product pricing is confirmed through a written quotation based on category, model, quantity, customization, packaging and shipment requirements.

Minimum Order Quantity

The standard customized MOQ is 500 pcs for billiard gloves, chalk, cue cases, cue tips and cue extensions. Any requested combination of models, sizes, colors or packaging must be reviewed during quotation.

Payment Methods and Deposit

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer and T/T. A deposit equal to 50% of the total order value is required. The payment schedule for the remaining balance is stated in the written quotation.

Trade Terms

DAP is the standard trade term. If the buyer requires another trade term, it can be discussed according to the project. Any agreed alternative must be confirmed in the written quotation.

Sample and Production Timing

Standard sample production normally requires approximately 7-15 days. Standard bulk production normally requires approximately 30-35 days after the order details, artwork and production reference are confirmed. Actual timing is project-specific and is confirmed in writing.

Shipping

FedEx air shipping can be discussed, and buyers may nominate their own freight forwarder. Destination information, shipping marks and forwarder instructions should be supplied before shipment preparation.

Changes and Approval

Changes to product specifications, logo artwork, colors, packaging, quantity or shipment instructions can affect price and timing. Revised requirements must be confirmed in writing before production.
