OEM Project Process
- Requirement review: send the product link or reference, quantity, destination, specifications, logo and packaging requirements.
- Quotation and feasibility: we review the product structure, customization, MOQ, sample work and shipment basis before confirming a quote.
- Sample development: samples normally require 7-15 days. A sample fee applies and can be credited toward the bulk payment after production is confirmed.
- Written approval: confirm the sample, dimensions, colors, logo, packaging and any inspection points before bulk production.
- Bulk production: normal production time is 30-35 days after final approval and receipt of the required deposit.
- Shipment: FedEx air freight or the buyer's appointed freight forwarder can be arranged.
Representative OEM Project Scenarios
The following examples explain typical configurable workflows. They do not identify individual customers or claim completed customer orders. Real customer case studies will only be added with supporting material and permission.
1. Private-Label Billiard Glove Range
Typical brief: a dealer wants one glove construction in several sizes with its own logo and retail card. The quotation needs hand orientation, size allocation, colors, logo artwork and package quantity. The sample is checked for fit, finger movement, seams, grip, logo position and packaging before approval.
2. Branded Chalk Retail Pack
Typical brief: a distributor selects a chalk format and develops a branded multi-piece box. The project defines product dimensions, color, pieces per pack, label or box artwork, barcode data and carton quantity. The buyer approves both the product reference and the complete retail package.
3. Cue Case for a Dealer Product Line
Typical brief: a cue retailer requests a defined butt-and-shaft capacity with selected pockets, straps and exterior colors. Capacity, internal length, construction, padding, zipper, logo and packaging are confirmed. Freight planning starts early because cue cases use more carton volume than small accessories.
4. Cue Tip Size and Packaging Program
Typical brief: a repair-channel buyer needs cue tips separated by diameter or hardness reference. The written specification records dimensions, construction reference, quantity by option, units per package, labels and master-carton marks. The approved sample and package become the production reference.
5. Cue Extension Compatibility Project
Typical brief: a cue brand needs an extension for a specified connection system. The buyer supplies measurements, a drawing or physical reference. The sample is tested on the intended cue for connector engagement, alignment, length, weight, finish and packaging before bulk approval.
