Sample Availability

Sample orders are accepted for wholesale and OEM billiard accessory projects. Samples allow buyers to review the product, branding, color, packaging and applicable compatibility requirements before bulk production.

Sample Production Time

Standard sample production normally requires approximately 7-15 days after the sample specification and required artwork are confirmed. Complex customization may require additional time, which will be stated before the sample is arranged.

Sample Fee

A sample fee may apply. If the buyer confirms bulk production, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment. Sample shipping and any special customization cost are confirmed in the quotation.

Buyer Approval

The buyer should review the sample and confirm any changes in writing. Bulk production should begin only after the agreed sample or written production reference is approved.
