Samples and production
Custom samples normally take 7-15 days. The buyer should identify who approves the product, logo and packaging. Bulk production normally takes 30-35 days after approval, and a standard 50% deposit applies.
Packaging and local selling requirements
State whether the goods will be sold through retail stores, online channels, clubs or regional distributors. Provide buyer-approved labels, barcodes, languages and importer information. Buyers should verify Philippine import, tax and local product requirements with qualified advisers.
Shipping plan
FedEx air shipment may suit samples and appropriate commercial orders. Buyers with an established freight partner can appoint their own forwarder. Provide the final destination and handover instructions early. DAP is the standard trade basis, subject to project discussion, and import responsibilities should be written clearly.
