Define the project type
State whether the buyer needs existing branded goods for resale or an OEM range under the buyer's own brand. Branded products keep their original trademarks and packaging. OEM projects require buyer-owned artwork and a product specification that can be sampled and inspected.
Build a category-level specification
- Gloves: hand orientation, finger style, material, size and color mix
- Chalk: formula reference, shape, color and pieces per pack
- Cue tips: diameter, hardness reference and retail pack
- Cue cases: capacity, dimensions, construction and pockets
- Cue extensions: connector, length, weight and finish
Quantity and variant planning
The standard customized MOQ is 500 pcs. Provide the total quantity and the quantity for every model, size, color or specification. Whether variants can be combined depends on materials, setup, printing and packaging and must be confirmed during quotation.
Samples and production approval
Sample development normally takes 7-15 days. Define the checks required for fit, dimensions, appearance, logo and packaging. Bulk production normally takes 30-35 days after the approved sample, artwork, packaging and payment. The standard deposit is 50%.
Artwork and packaging
Provide production-ready logo files, approved wording, barcode data, pieces per retail pack and master-carton instructions. Buyers should verify Vietnamese import, tax, labeling and other local requirements with qualified advisers and supply the required information to the supplier.
Forwarder and destination information
Many experienced importers work with an appointed freight forwarder. If so, provide warehouse, contact, booking and document instructions before production is complete. FedEx air can also be discussed for samples or suitable orders. DAP is the standard trade basis, with alternatives discussed by project.
