OEM Order Process
Submit product category, quantity, destination and customization requirements.
Confirm material, size, color, logo, packaging and MOQ.
Develop the sample within approximately 7–15 days.
Review and approve the sample before production.
Complete bulk production within approximately 30–35 days after sample approval.
Arrange shipment by FedEx air freight or the buyer’s appointed freight forwarder.

Outgoing inspection before dispatch
Color-fastness inspection
Abrasion-resistance inspection
Logo and packaging verification
Quantity and packing-list verification
Specific inspection standards can be confirmed before production and written into the quotation or sales contract.

Standard OEM MOQ: 500 pcs
Sample orders accepted
Sample fee depends on customization requirements
Sample fee may be deducted from the bulk order after production is confirmed
Payment: PayPal, bank transfer or T/T
Standard deposit: 50% of the order total
Standard trade term: DAP
Alternative trade terms can be discussed
Shipping: FedEx air freight or buyer-appointed forwarder

Branded products such as Predator, TAOM, Cuetec and other third-party brands are supplied for wholesale resale only. Their trademarks, logos, signature designs and branded packaging are not offered for OEM duplication.
OEM customization applies to Fojve/private-label projects and buyer-owned artwork.
