Packaging affects freight
Cue cases occupy more carton volume than gloves, chalk or cue tips. The buyer should confirm whether each case requires a protective bag, printed insert, retail carton or simple bulk protection. Provide destination and shipping method early so packaging and carton planning can be discussed before the final quote.
Sample and approval process
Reference images should be supported by written dimensions and feature requirements. Sample development normally takes 7-15 days. Check capacity, stitching, zippers, straps, padding, logo appearance and packaging before approval. The paid sample fee can be credited after bulk production is confirmed.
MOQ and production
The standard customized MOQ is 500 pcs. Bulk production normally takes 30-35 days after material, sample, artwork and packaging approval. A 50% deposit is required. Standard trade terms are DAP, with alternatives available by discussion.
