Cue cases differ in capacity, internal protection, construction, pocket layout and carrying style. A quotation based only on a reference photo can miss dimensions, materials and packing requirements that affect both production and freight.
Choose the supply model first
For branded wholesale resale, provide the exact product link, model, color and quantity. Original trademarks and branded packaging must remain intact and cannot be reproduced as an OEM design. For a private-label cue case, define the structure, materials, logo and retail pack under the buyer's own brand.
Capacity must be unambiguous
State the number of cue butts and shafts the case must hold, such as 1x1, 2x4 or 4x8. Also identify jump-cue sections, extensions or unusually long components. Capacity wording alone is not enough; provide the internal and overall dimensions required.

Use dimensions, not appearance alone
Provide overall length, width and depth, plus critical internal dimensions. If a physical sample is available, identify which details must be matched and which may be adjusted. Tolerances and inspection methods should be agreed before production if fit is critical.
Packaging affects freight cost
Cue cases occupy much more carton volume than chalk, gloves or cue tips. The RFQ should state whether each case requires a protective bag, paper insert, retail carton or simple export protection. Master-carton quantity, carton marks and destination are needed before the shipment can be planned.
Overpackaging increases freight volume; insufficient protection increases handling risk. The correct solution depends on product structure, sales channel and transport method.
Logo and artwork control
Provide production-ready artwork, approved dimensions, position and colors. State whether the logo will appear on the product, label, insert or carton. The buyer is responsible for the right to use all trademarks and barcodes. Approve spelling and placement before bulk production.

Sample development normally takes 7-15 days. The fee depends on construction and customization. Any sample-fee credit after a bulk order should be documented in the quotation.
MOQ, production and payment
The standard customized MOQ is 500 pcs. If the project requires multiple colors or designs, provide the quantity for each and ask whether they can be combined. Bulk production normally takes 30-35 days after the sample, material, artwork, packaging and payment requirements are approved. The standard deposit is 50%.
Shipping options
Fojve can discuss FedEx air shipment or delivery to a buyer-appointed freight forwarder. The standard trade basis is DAP, with alternatives discussed for the project. Because cue cases are volumetric, a meaningful freight estimate requires quantity, packing configuration and destination.
