A clear cue tip purchase specification identifies the product by dimensions, construction, hardness reference, package count and intended use. A photograph alone cannot confirm how a tip will fit, feel or be packed.
Branded resale or private label?
For branded wholesale cue tips, provide the exact product link, model, hardness, diameter and quantity. The original trademark and branded packaging must remain intact. For OEM cue tips, use buyer-owned branding and define the product and retail pack separately.

Hardness labels are not universal
Soft, medium and hard labels can differ between product lines. A buyer should not assume that two suppliers use identical hardness scales. When playing feel is critical, approve a physical sample and define the comparison method rather than relying only on a letter code.
Dimensions and installation
State the cue type and required diameter. Confirm whether the tip will be trimmed during installation and whether a base pad or clear layer is part of the design. Product pages should avoid promising compatibility with every cue when the installation method and ferrule dimensions have not been checked.
Logo and packaging
Small cue tips have limited marking space, so branding is often carried by the card, box, label or bag. Provide vector artwork, approved wording, barcode data and pieces per pack. The buyer is responsible for trademark rights and destination-market labeling.
